Country Lane Early Learning uses Totter.io Care Pro to help families stay connected and informed throughout the day. Totter.io Care Pro allows parents to receive real-time updates regarding their child's daily routines, learning experiences, activities, meals, naps, and care.

Daily Communication Through Totter.io Care Pro

Totter.io Care Pro is used by caregivers and staff to record important daily information and classroom updates.
Families may receive updates regarding meals, snacks, naps, diapering, toileting, activities, learning experiences, and photos throughout the day.
Updates are securely stored within the app in an organized, easy-to-access format for ongoing communication.
The app helps families stay connected to their child's day whether at home, work, or on the go.

Parent Access & Notifications

Families will receive an invitation to create their parent account with Totter.io Care Pro.
Once your account is created, you may access updates through the Totter.io Care Pro app or parent portal.
Real-time notifications and updates may be sent directly to your email or smartphone.
Parents may also choose to share access with approved family members or caregivers.

Daily Sign In & Sign Out Procedures

Parents or authorized guardians are required to sign children in and out each day using Totter.io Care Pro.
Sign in/out may be completed on a personal device or on the kiosk tablet located near the entrance.
It is the parent or authorized guardian's responsibility to sign their child in and out on the entrance kiosk each day.
Accurate attendance records are important for child safety, emergency preparedness, and licensing compliance.

Additional setup help and tutorials are available directly through Totter.io Care Pro support resources.
Families are encouraged to keep their contact information and notification settings updated to ensure timely communication.
