Late Fees & Holidays

Late pick-up fees, paid holidays, and scheduled closure days

At Country Lane Early Learning, we value clear communication, consistency, and respect for everyone's time. The following policies help ensure smooth daily operations and allow us to maintain a dependable, organized, and high-quality childcare environment for all families.

Late Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

Country Lane Early Learning hours are Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Children must be picked up and leaving the childcare premises by 5:30 p.m. Arriving at 5:30 p.m. is considered late.
Children may not be dropped off before 6:45 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been approved.
To respect the provider's personal time and maintain program consistency, late fees apply as follows:
$1 per child, per minute for pick-ups after 5:30 p.m.
$1 per child, per minute for drop-offs before 6:45 a.m.
Late fees begin accruing immediately at 5:31 p.m.
All late fees must be paid in full.
Repeated late pick-ups or unpaid fees may affect continued childcare arrangements.
Families are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible if running late due to emergencies or unexpected delays.
We understand delays occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or emergencies, and we encourage families to plan extra travel time whenever possible.

Paid Holidays & Provider Closure Days

Country Lane Early Learning will be closed on the following state and federal holidays and scheduled provider closure days. These scheduled closures allow time for family, rest, personal obligations, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Tuition remains due during scheduled holidays and provider closure days.
In addition to the holidays listed below, the provider may take up to seven additional personal closure days throughout the year. Families will receive advance notice whenever possible.
