Thank you for considering Country Lane Early Learning. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving, dependable, and high-quality childcare experience for every child and family. The following enrollment and tuition policies help ensure clear communication, consistency, and quality care for all enrolled families.

Enrollment Eligibility

Children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old are eligible for enrollment.
Childcare hours are Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Signed Childcare Services Contract
Admission Agreement
Health Assessment
Current Immunization Records or Exemption Documentation
Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3)

Tuition & Payment Policies

Tuition payments reserve your child's childcare spot and are not based on attendance, hours attended, or daily use.
Because operating expenses continue regardless of attendance, tuition remains due even if a child is absent due to illness, vacation, appointments, holidays, or personal reasons.
Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month and must be paid in advance.
A late fee of $25.00 may be charged if tuition is not received by the 3rd business day of the month.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, Pcard, and DWS subsidy payments.
Families are responsible for notifying the provider of any changes to enrollment schedules, contact information, or payment arrangements.

DWS Subsidy Information

DWS subsidy payments are applied directly toward childcare tuition and are not reimbursed or credited to families.
In accordance with Utah Admin. Code R986-700-706 (Provider Rights and Responsibilities), providers may retain the full monthly subsidy payment when required minimum care hours have been provided and all program requirements are met.
Families are responsible for maintaining active eligibility and complying with all DWS requirements.

Provider Closures & Family Credit Policy

If the provider takes additional days off due to vacation, illness, maternity leave, family emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances, self-pay families may receive a tuition credit applied toward the following month when appropriate.
Families receiving DWS subsidy may qualify for reimbursement assistance toward an approved back-up licensed childcare provider.
Back-up providers must hold a current Utah State childcare license in good standing.
Any unpaid balances owed to Country Lane Early Learning may be deducted from reimbursement amounts when applicable.
