1. Probationary period
The first 14 days of care are a probationary period. Either party may end the agreement during this period without notice and without further obligation.
2. Termination & notice
After the probationary period, either party must provide four (4) weeks written notice before terminating care. Tuition is owed in full through the notice period regardless of attendance.
Country Lane Early Learning reserves the right to terminate care immediately for safety reasons, repeated late pick-ups, repeated late payments, or behavior that is harmful to other children or staff.
3. Tuition & payment
Tuition is due on the agreed schedule discussed at enrollment. Tuition holds your child's spot and is owed in full whether or not your child attends on a given day, including illness, vacation, and holidays.
A late fee may be applied to payments more than 3 days past due.
4. Hours, sign-in & sign-out
Standard hours are 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A parent or authorized adult must sign your child in and out every day.
A late pick-up fee may be charged for pick-ups after 5:30 PM.
5. Policy changes
Country Lane Early Learning may update its policies, schedule, or rates with at least two weeks written notice. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
6. Required documents
Before the first day of care, parents must provide a completed Admission Agreement, Health Assessment, signed copy of this contract, and either a Utah immunization record or an official exemption.
